our recipe
for success
Our bakers & butter makers have spent years working to perfect the recipe for our butter, experimenting with modern techniques to produce a refined, rich, and potent cannabutter.
We have toured local cultivators, educating ourselves on the cannabis plant, and selecting the cultivators we feel aligned with our level of care and quality.
This is how we do it
After selecting the flower to use, our next steps are pretty traditional — we decarb and infuse low and slow. After 36+ hours of infusing, we begin to refine, also know as washing, our infused butter. Adding this step to our process helps remove large amounts of chlorophyll, yielding a cannabutter high in potency, rich in flavor, and free from harsh or bitter flavors from the chlorophyll.

With our methods, we create a full spectrum cannabutter that pairs deliciously with our cookie and brownie recipes. Our goal is for the consumer to enjoy the flavor of the cookie, with a subtle taste of cannabis, while receiving the beneficial cannabinoids from the cannabis plant.

Who we are
Baking up bite size cannabutter edibles since 2018, Baked Alaska is a small team of passionate individuals who believe in the healing properties of cannabis.
With over 36 hours of patience, we create a full spectrum cannabutter to pair deliciously with our cookie and brownie recipes. Our low and slow process is to ensure that all beneficial cannabinoids remain intact, giving the consumer a full body, healing experience when they eat our edibles.
We strive to keep our wholesale prices as low as possible, making sure our cannabutter edibles are accessible to anyone who wants or needs them. Each bag of edibles is sold to retailers for $9-$11, meaning customers should find our edibles for no more than $24!
